Day 1: Pucón - Gateway to Lake Paradise Begin your adventure in Pucón, a city known for its stunning natural beauty and outdoor activities. After settling into your accommodation, you'll have the opportunity to explore the city and enjoy views of the majestic Villarrica Volcano. Day 2: Discover Nature at Its Finest Today we head into Huerquehue National Park, home to beautiful lakes, waterfalls, and ancient forests. Enjoy a hike among native flora and fauna and marvel at the views of the towering peaks of the Andes mountain range. Day 3: Volcano Adventure It's time to challenge the volcanoes! Today we ascend Villarrica Volcano, a unique experience that will take you to the top of one of Chile's most active volcanoes. Cancellation Policy
Reservation, Change, and Cancellation Policy Reservations Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment for the tour. A 30% deposit of the total cost is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due before the tour start date. Changes Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges. Changes to reservations can be made up to 30 days prior to the tour start date without penalty. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to the tour start date will receive a full refund, less any transaction fees. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the tour start date will incur a 50% penalty. Cancellations made within 15 days of the tour start date will not be eligible for a refund. Special COVID-19 Policy In the event of COVID-19-related travel restrictions preventing the tour from taking place, a credit for the full amount paid will be offered for use on future tours. Standard change and cancellation policies will apply if the cancellation is not related to COVID-19 travel restrictions. Additional Notes All change or cancellation requests must be made in writing via email. Purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations for any reason is strongly recommended for added peace of mind.
