Cancellation Policy
Reservation, Change, and Cancellation Policy Reservations Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment for the tour. A 30% deposit of the total cost is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due before the tour start date. Changes Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges. Changes to reservations can be made up to 30 days prior to the tour start date without penalty. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to the tour start date will receive a full refund, less any transaction fees. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the tour start date will incur a 50% penalty. Cancellations made within 15 days of the tour start date will not be eligible for a refund. Special COVID-19 Policy In the event of COVID-19-related travel restrictions preventing the tour from taking place, a credit for the full amount paid will be offered for use on future tours. Standard change and cancellation policies will apply if the cancellation is not related to COVID-19 travel restrictions. Additional Notes All change or cancellation requests must be made in writing via email. Purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations for any reason is strongly recommended for added peace of mind.
