09:00 - 09:30 AM: ¡Amanece la aventura! Te recogeremos en tu lugar de hospedaje en Picón con una sonrisa lista para empezar el día lleno de emociones.
09:30 - 11:00 AM: Nuestro emocionante viaje comienza con el traslado al circuito de las cascadas en Palguín Alto. En el camino, te invitamos a disfrutar de la belleza natural que rodea nuestro destino mientras te sumerges en la emoción que se avecina.
11:00 AM - 01:30 PM: ¡Eleva tu espíritu! Embárcate en una experiencia única mientras te deslizas por los cielos en nuestra emocionante actividad de canopy sobre exuberantes bosques y majestuosas cascadas. Siente la adrenalina correr por tus venas mientras te sumerges en esta aventura inolvidable.
01:30 - 02:30 PM: ¿Sientes el hambre de la emoción? ¡Es hora de recargar energías! Disfruta de un merecido refrigerio preparado con cariño para ti, mientras compartimos historias y risas sobre nuestras emocionantes hazañas.
02:30 - 04:00 PM: La aventura continúa. Explora a tu propio ritmo, captura la belleza de los paisajes con tu cámara o simplemente siéntate y absorbe la tranquilidad que nos brinda la naturaleza.
04:00 - 05:30 PM: Con el corazón lleno de recuerdos inolvidables, emprendemos el regreso a Picón. Reflexiona sobre los momentos compartidos mientras nos despedimos del mágico entorno que nos acogió durante este día de aventura.
05:30 PM: Regreso a Pucón. Llegamos a tu lugar de hospedaje, pero los recuerdos de hoy permanecerán contigo para siempre. ¡Gracias por confiar en nosotros para vivir esta experiencia única!

POLITICAS DE ANULACIÓN
en caso que el pasajero decida desistir de su viaje, las condiciones de anulación son las siguientes:
Caso 1: En caso que el pasajero anule su viaje con 46 o más días de anticipación en relación a la fecha de salida del tour, OSM TOUR ADVENTURE SPA ofrece la devolución del total de lo pagado menos una retención de $100.000 por persona.
Caso 2: Si el pasajero realiza la anulación de su programa con 45 o menos días de anticipación, OSM TOUR ADVENTURE SPA no ofrece devolución alguna el dinero pagado o abonado, pero se otorga posibilidades de reprogramación:
- 46 o más días: reprogramaciones libres sin costos (sin cambios respecto a condiciones originales)
- 45 a 35 días: reprogramaciones fuera de plazo se permitirán con pago de diferencia de tarifa. Además, se exigirá el pago completo del tour en caso que exista deuda.

First, let me tell you about our number one priority: your safety. Before we begin, you will receive a detailed induction session where we will explain everything you need to know to enjoy this activity to the fullest. We will talk about the correct use of the brake, making sure you feel comfortable and safe at all times.
In addition, you will learn the correct posture to maintain balance and enjoy the experience to the fullest. You will learn the basic signals that will help you communicate with our team at all times, guaranteeing a smooth and safe experience.
And of course, we cannot forget the rescue and self-rescue protocol. We are fully prepared for any situation and we will teach you everything you need to do in case of emergency.
Once we are sure that you feel comfortable and prepared, we will begin with practice on the initial four lines. Here you can familiarize yourself with the activity and gain confidence at your own pace.
But the real excitement begins when we move up to the upper lines. Here you will experience dizzying heights, speed and the ultimate dose of adrenaline. Get ready for an experience you will never forget!

From 2 to 5 people between 45 min to 1 hour
From 6 to 10 people between 1 hour to 1 hour and a half
From 10 or more people between 1 hour and a half to 2 hours

Technical equipment: Harnesses, Helmets, Gloves, Brakes.
4×4 transfer: We climb 3 and a half km from the meeting point to the start of the cables.
Medical insurance for each client who performs the activity.
